Joyce Valenza speaks internationally about issues relating to libraries and the thoughtful use of educational technology. Joyce's presentation clearly demonstrates the change in research processes brought about by web 2.0 and mobile devices, eg phones, ipads, ipods and android electronic slates over the last 5 years.
Her commentary on the transformation in learner research behaviour, ownership of inquiry and communication options resonnates strongly with my experience.
